Davies and Juno Partner to Introduce First-of-Its-Kind Child Disability Insurance to Davies’ Employees in the US

June 25th 2025

Davies and Juno Insurance Services, LLC are proud to announce the introduction of the Juno Child Disability Insurance (Juno) to Davies employees.

A key component of Davies’ mission is to help insurers deliver innovative disability and long term care solutions to their customers. The Juno product addresses an important gap not currently met by any other coverage and it will provide tremendous support to families,” says Andy Cohen, President- Life & Health at Davies. “We are honored to bring Juno to our own employees at Davies, especially alongside our close partnership with Juno as an administrator.”

A severe childhood illness or disability carries financial consequences on par with life insurance or adult disability claims—yet until now, there’s been no benefit designed to protect families from that risk. Juno was created to address this gap: offering financial protection, personalized support, and peace of mind for working parents navigating the unimaginable.

Nearly two million children in the U.S. have a severe disability or illness. For their parents, balancing work, family and finances is beyond challenging. For too long, families have endured these hardships on their own, with limited support. We can do better. This is why we created Juno,” says Jordan Epstein, CEO of Juno.

While child disability products have been successfully introduced outside of the US, it is a significant, unmet need for families here at home. “We believe strongly in this benefit and it reflects our ongoing commitment to care for our employees and their families. I would never want a Davies employee to have to choose between the care and well-being of their child and the financial health of their household,” said Steve Miller, Chief Commercial Officer – Life & Health at Davies.
